About

eA Risk Management Group (eA), is an executive consultancy that provides threat assessment services and training to corporate, educational and individual clients in three distinct and comprehensive areas: pre-incident analysis, strategic planning and assessment, and post-incident support and organizational resiliency.

We initially work with our clients to ascertain potential risks to both the organization and to its employees through a comprehensive analysis and assessment, onsite and offsite security audits, location dangers, business impact analysis, behavioral risk assessments, and options for response and team deployment.

Following a completion of our analysis, we subsequently work directly with senior executive and mid-level management to develop action plans to mitigate risks that we believe to be timely and credible to the organization. These executable actions plans typically include business continuity, threat assessments, workplace/school violence, stalking, harassment, communications, security enhancements, as well as training and development.

Our final area of service is incident response and post-incident corporate and human resiliency. During this phase, our response teams works, onsite, with our client to facilitate critical incident counseling, organizational resiliency through operations, public relations/media as well as coordination and investigative assistance with local, state and federal law enforcement.

We place significant emphasis on “human resiliency and continuity” by maintaining our focus on human behavior and how people respond to crisis. We believe that people are the most important aspect of any plan, yet individual behavior in emergency situations is oftentimes overlooked during the planning process – leaving nothing more than an assumption of capability. Therefore, we place people at the forefront of our strategies and build resiliency plans around realistic resources and capabilities to ensure an effective response during any type of crisis.
